How can I change my password?
Once connected to eSERVER and running your application(s) through the Citrix client, you can press Control (Ctrl) > F1 and you will be able to change your password for eSERVER.

My company is using a firewall. How do I provide access to your system?

If your company is running on a firewall, ports must be opened in order to access our system. The following is a list of TCP/IP and UDP ports that must be open on firewalls and routers for Citrix ICA packets to pass through:
TCP/IP port 1494 (inbound)
UDP port 1604 (inbound and outbound)
Outbound (from the server to the client) ports 1023 and above (a maximum of
65535) for both TCP/IP & UDP
Will my documents be secure if they're saved over the Internet?
Office 2000 benefits from Microsoft Windows NT® security at the server level, and documents are sent to the server using Remote Display Protocol, which encrypts information and offers an additional level of security.

How does Remote Display Protocol work?

The default encryption level provides bi-directional encryption between the server and the client using RSA Security's RC4 encryption algorithm, using a 40-bit key. Our system can also supports 128-bit bi-directional encryption if necessary for a solution.

I chose "Full-Access" (or No-Access) when logging in and told the system not to ask me again. How do I change it so it asks me again?

Find the webica.ini file on your local computer. It is placed in the %windir% path of the your Windows operating system. (c:\winnt, c:\windows, etc.) If you can not locate the file, do a search for webica.ini to find it.

Once you find the webica.ini file, open it and edit it. It will look something like the sample below:
[Access] CurrentConnection=DESKTOP192.168.1.152
GlobalSecurityAccess=405
DESKTOP192.168.1.152=-1
DESKTOP192.168.1.153=-1
Microsoft Outlook 2000192.168.1.152=-1
The information that needs to be changed is the value after the equal sign. The CurrentConnection value is last connection made and does not need to be modified. The GlobalSecurityAccess is the global settngs for all new connections to new applications. Below that are different applications that you have accessed through the Citrix web client.

Here are the possible values for you to map local drives on our system:
405 means give the server Full Access.
404 is Read Access.
403 is No Access.
-1 means no security setting is configured.
Changing the value to -1 will again prompt you at login.
