Login Problems
I get an error that says, "Citrix Server not available" or "Unavailable"
It may be that your connection is having difficulty finding our server's
location. First try doing a trace
route. If that doesn't work, try adding additional server locations
within your Citrix client. The server locations to add are shown in Step
8 in the Citrix Client
Configuration.
When I login, I get one of the following errors:
"either your network is not functional, or you need to configure
an address under Server Location"
"server not found"
This usually means that you are behind a firewall or proxy server.
If your company is running on a firewall, ports must be opened in order
to access our system. The following is a list of TCP/IP and UDP ports
that must be open on firewalls and routers for Citrix ICA packets to
pass through:
TCP/IP port 1494 (inbound)
UDP port 1604 (inbound and outbound)
Outbound (from the server to the client) ports 1023 and above (a maximum
of
65535) for both TCP/IP & UDP
