eSERVER - Installing the Client Software

Getting Started > Installing the Citrix Software

Following the instructions below will install the necessary Citrix software on your computer to get up and running on eSERVER.

1. Start downloading the Citrix software by clicking here.

2. Click Run.

3. Click Run.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Next. Please do not skip step 7.

6. Choose I Accept and click Next. Please do not skip step 7.

7. Click the dropdown arrow for Program Neighborhood Agent and choose Entire Feature will be unavailable. VERY IMPORTANT!

8. Click Next.

9. Click Next.

10. Click Next. Please wait while the software installs.

11. Click Finish.

12. Continue to Step 2: Configuring the Citrix Software
