At eSERVER we are committed to providing a superior infrastructure and customer service to meet and exceed your expectations. Therefore, we provide this Service Level Agreement to cover your network and response reassurance needs.
Network SLA
eSERVER offers up to a 99.7% network uptime guarantee. This includes functioning of all network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling, but does not include services or software running on your server.
Hardware SLA
All of the hardware is tested for optimal performance and each individual server is stress tested before activation. In the rare event that a component should fail, we will replace the equipment at no charge.
